At Scandiyarns you will find high-quality products from sustainable production.
We have made it our mission to combine quality and sustainability.
With us you will only find handmade items that are produced and sold with consideration for animal welfare and environmental protection.
We almost exclusively use Oeko-Tex certified yarns, mostly recyclable and Oeko Tex certified packaging, as well as more environmentally friendly delivery methods. Of course, all of our yarns are also mulesing-free.
Not only is the product itself made by hand, but also our lovingly designed packaging.
We have also made it our mission to support our environment. With every order we secure one square meter of wildlife habitat. You will even receive your own certificate for your support.

Hello, I'm Celine. The face behind Scandiyarns. I live with my boyfriend and my cat in Frankfurt (Oder). When I met my boyfriend in 2021, we went on holiday to Denmark together. I was immediately impressed by the nature, the people and the atmosphere of Scandinavia. As you can probably guess, these impressions were the inspiration for the name and the style of our shop. I founded the shop itself in 2023 and thus took the first step towards a big dream.

This is Christoph. My friend, motivator, emotional support, best friend and much more. I met him during my high school exams in 2021. Since then, my life has taken many turns. Moving, new job, new family, new me. He is an important reason why I have reached this point and can write this text. Through him, I learned to just do my own thing and not let myself get down so easily.

This is our cat. A Redpoint Lynx Ragdoll. My boyfriend gave her the name Miss Flauschig. I thought the name was fitting, which is why I've always used it since then. Her real name is Lena. She got the name from her previous owner. She came to live with us in 2022 because she couldn't get along with the other cats in her previous home. It was fate that we happened to be scrolling around on eBay the day she was offered for sale. We fell in love with her immediately. She completes us with her sweet, affectionate, and sometimes goofy nature.
Don't worry, every yarn is kept as far away from her as possible. That's why you won't find a fur ball when you place an order. But if a hair does get lost, I apologize. It's just part of the process.
